Insights
The global Fintech market is highly competitive & it's $110.57 billion in valuation. Denarii is a modern fintech app but more peer-to-peer friendly along with more humanize in service & interaction with the customers. Used quantitative research for the findings.
Before jumping into solving the problems I started using the app as a user, deeply observing & noted the important kinds of stuff.
Problem
User: An immigrant worker who works 9–5 in UAE, and has family outside the current country.
Need: to pay bills, send money, recharge mobile frequently.
Insight: The user barely gets time to visit shops & send money through any other agent which is really expensive & time-consuming, so the user wants to make it quick & cheap.
Solution
Users will experience the service by using a mobile app. I need to make sure that my designed digital experience is friendly, usable, desirable, credible, and accessible. Few Offering solutions based on user behavior, attitude, lifestyle, and insights from the research I've offered on this project are:
Personalization fitness work.
Research & interview
Method: I used a semi-structured interview method to find the answers quickly as I observed the app to learn about the issues.
From the current stats of Play Store, I came across a lot of complaints regarding the UI & UX, especially from the functionality. Their behavior was badly affected by how the app was working. First of all the lengthy process, second it sloppily in sending money and the third cause is charge a lot.

User persona
User persona to know more about the user's personality, behavior, motivations, goals, and pain points.

Decision making for the idea
Used the "How, Wow & now" method to decide for the ideation stage to move forward along with other suggestions to look into for gaining & deciding the most possible ideas I come up with.

Sketch
After several sketchstorming I've come to a decision that what is the current sketch I put on the dotted notes can be a good idea to experiment with & decide for the wireframes. I always prefer sketching because it's time-saving & someone can draw multiple ideas at a time.

Design system
Before starting the project there was no fixed design system or clear guideline to use or design the product. Later I decided to create & build a consistent design system for the denarii app so that it will be easier for both the designer & developer to work, inspect & code the app that I designed. I'm versatile in building design systems & create a library component.
My Purpose behind building the design system for denarii was:

My proposing solutions
I'll be showing 3 revamped design solutions for a better understanding of the design process, rationals, logic & decision behind each solution. I've also added some points about how I made it more delightful & intuitive for each problem.
Design a nice onboard & welcome screen for users

More Engagement & interaction with the app

Removed redundant forms for sign up process

Test
This is the last stage of the design process to figure out the pain points of users, their attitudes & behavior towards the designs I made. During the test used the zoom to observe their behavior during using the app. Design thinking is a non-linear process, so once it is tested among users & collects feedback I need to incorporate the feedback, get back to the previous phases, inquiry & find out the more expecting solution. I'm adding a benchmark of what I achieved from the testing.

Impact of the project
Learning from the project
The entire project was led by me but collaboration with the stakeholders of the Denarii company. Though I was struggling to test the users to measure the usability & other metrics, fortunately, it progressed to the test stage, was a great lesson for me, had to take a lot of decisions during the period of designing and discussing with the stakeholders from the denarii app. Also learned to maintain communication on regular basis to remain aligned with the vision and goal of the project. Learned to design & measure conversion rate optimization accordingly.
Continued feedback from the app store reviews & analytics, I'm currently working on them to streamline the experience with interactions.
